1 Tangent OTT Player Terms of Privacy Policy
- Privacy Policy describes how and when Tangent OTT collects, processes, uses and shares your information when you use Tangent OTT, including our mobile applications and websites (the "Services"). Tangent OTT receives your information through our mobile applications, websites, email notifications, and other interactions with our Services. By accessing and/or using the Services, you consent and authorize us to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any or all of the following terms of the Privacy Policy, please Do Not Use and/or access the Services.

3 Information we collect from you

    - i. Create or update your Tangent OTT account, which may include your name, email, phone number, login name and password, address, payment or banking information, date of birth and profile picture.
    - ii. Provide content to us, which may include reviews, contact information of people you refer to us and other information you provide on the Tangent OTT Platform ("Your Content").
    - iii. Use our Services, we may collect and store information about you to process your requests and automatically complete forms for future transactions, including (but not limited to) your phone number, address, email.
    - iv. Correspond with Tangent OTT for customer support;
    - v. Participate in the interactive services offered by theTangent OTT Platform such as discussion boards, competitions, promotions or surveys, other social media functions or make payments etc., or
    - vi. Enable features that require Tangent OTT access to your address book;
    - vii.Report problems for troubleshooting.
    - viii. If you sign up to use our Services as a merchant, we may collect copies of government identification documents and other details (KYC), call and SMS details.
- Information we collect about you
  - With regard to each of your visits to the Tangent OTT Platform, we will automatically collect and analyse the following information:
    - i. When you communicate with us (via email, phone, through the Tangent OTT Platform or otherwise), we may maintain a record of your communication;
    - ii. Stored information and files: Tangent OTT mobile application (Tangent OTT app) may also access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your mobile device. This may include, for example, photographs, personal contacts and address book information. If you permit the Tangent OTT app to access the address book on your device, we may collect names and contact information from your address book to facilitate social interactions through our services and for other purposes described in this Policy or at the time of consent or collection.
- 3.1 Finding Friends and Connecting to Other Services
  - Services include several features to help connect you to the accounts of people you already know. For example, you may upload information from your address book. Tangent OTT will match the information you provide with the contact information of other Tangent OTT users in order to provide and improve the Services, for example by making recommendations and routing Tangent OTT messages. You may remove address book data from Tangent OTT at any time through the settings in your Tangent OTT app. Tangent OTT also use your contact information to promote various features, services and newly uploaded video content by the company or its associates.
- 3.2 Content, Following, and other Public Information
  - Player is an Over the Top (OTT) digital on demand Service which offers a wide range of content for entertainment purposes including without limitations, audio, visual, audiovisual, so most of the information you provide us, is information that you choose to be made public. This includes not only the content that you post and data provided with such content, such as when it was posted, but also the content that you like or comment on, and other public interactions on the Services. Your public information is broadly and instantly disseminated. For instance, your profile information and public content are immediately delivered to a wide range of users and other services that access Tangent OTT. When you share information or content via the Services, you should think carefully about what you are making public.
- 3.3 Other Non-Personal Identification Information
  - do not collect the "Personal Information" which can identify you or another person. We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our apps. Non-personal identification information may include the type of your phone, apps and other technical information about Users means of connection to our apps, such as the versions of phone model and other similar information.
4 Sensitive Personal Data and Information
- Tangent OTT will never ask you and you must never provide Sensitive Personal Information to Tangent OTT or to any person/entity representing Tangent OTT. Any disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information shall be at your sole risk and without any liability to Tangent OTT (including its directors, key managerial personnel, officers and employees). You understand, acknowledge and agree that Tangent OTT or any other person acting on behalf of Tangent OTT shall not in any manner be responsible for the authenticity of the Sensitive Personal Information provided by you to Tangent OTT. You must note that any information that is freely available or accessible in public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law for the time being in force shall not be regarded as Sensitive Personal Information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy and Tangent OTT shall not be obliged to take any measures to protect the same since the same is freely available in the public domain. Please further note that identity theft and the practice currently known as "phishing" are of great concern to Tangent OTT. We do not and will not, at any time, request your credit card information/debit card information/financial pin numbers and passwords.
5 Law and Harm

6 Business Transfers
